At Veylo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you need to return an item, we're here to help with a straightforward 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that your item meets the following conditions:
- It remains in the same condition as when you received it.
- It is unworn, unused, and unopened, with tags still attached.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
- You include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
