Return Policy

At Veylo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you need to return an item, we're here to help with a straightforward 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that your item meets the following conditions:

• It remains in the same condition as when you received it.
• It is unworn, unused, and unopened, with tags still attached.
• It is returned in its original packaging.
• You include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Begin Your Return

Please note:

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Veylo.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
